Edge Solutions

    Our Edge solutions enable organizations to extend VoIP and UC applications across network, organizational and vendor boundaries in a way that is secure, reliable, manageable and in compliance with internal policies and external regulations.


    The Covergence Trunk Manager and Border Manager are designed to sit at key control points in the network, in line with all SIP signaling and media traffic, to enforce fine-grained security, control, monitoring and interoperability policies on VoIP and Unified Communications signaling and media traffic.

Core Solutions

    The Covergence Session Manager (CSM) sits in the core of the network and transforms voice dial-tone into a network function by moving policy enforcement - routing, interoperability, monitoring, security, and control - out of the individual PBXs and into a common SOA-based session layer. CSM reduces voice operating expenses and increases the use of new rich, multi-media communications by providing a single, integrated view of all real-time communications across vendors and network domains. CSM, like all of the Covergence solutions is communications infrastructure software built to run on Intel, IBM, Sun, HP, Dell and many other hardware server platforms.


    Covergence Call Control (CCC) enables enterprises to include incumbent phone systems into UC initiatives, by interconnecting OCS with the existing corporate voice infrastructure without requiring costly PBX upgrades.


    The Covergence Collaboration Gateway (CCG) delivers controlled, secure connectivity between Microsoft OCS 2007 or Microsoft LCS 2005 and IBM Lotus Sametime 6.5 or greater.
